The owners of this executive Woodinville home loved the overall floor plan but felt that the kitchen, master bath, guest bath and laundry needed a face lift. Studio 212 Interiors was employed to help with optimizing space, cabinet design and material & color selections. A priority was replacing and relocating the kitchen window so that the sink and island are centered on the window.
Another critical change was eliminating the walk-in pantry to visually enlarge the kitchen and allow for more counter space & accessible cabinetry.
New hardwood flooring was laced in where the pantry once was and stain matched to the existing floors for a seamless appearance.
Newly installed desk area and laundry cabinets match the nearby kitchen creating a more cohesive living space. The new windows in these spaces are more energy efficient, improving utility costs.
A complete remodel of the master bath provided a modern, freestanding tub and more pleasing relationship between the tub & shower spaces. The new vanity and wardrobe were supplied by Jessie Bay Cabinets.
