Paul’s project management and general contractor proficiency is grounded with his proven communication skills with clients, subcontactors, and suppliers. His productivity and budget monitoring is matched only by his rigorous attention to detail.
Kevin Fellers, superintendent, has more than 15 years of construction, remodel, renovation, and home repair experience. His background includes team management, estimating, job bidding, and project scheduling. His drafting background raises his construction skills and knowledge to a higher level. Whether he’s repairing equipment on-site or keeping the team upbeat with his positive attitude, Kevin keeps our projects grounded with a passion not often found in this business.
Jennifer Braden, project manager, has worked in construction and project management for more than 15 years. Her experience includes estimating, project management, contract administration, procurement, and expediting on projects valued from $500,000 to $20 million. Her engineering education, strong problem-solving skills, and enjoyment for working in a team environment sets Jennifer apart. Due to her diverse experience and unstoppable optimistic attitude, she is an invaluable member of our team.
Jerry Cornett, superintendent, has over 35 years experience in the construction industry. His experience spans from groundbreaking to completion on a variety of projects including multi-family, high-end custom new construction and expansive remodels. He has been honored with several Master Builders Association’s Rex awards. Highly organized, Jerry has the ability to obtain high performance from our teams. He exhibits excellent communication skills with architects, engineers, and contractors. He consistently brings projects in on-budget and on-schedule.
Nate Williams, superintendent, grew up in Northern Idaho and joined the Coast Guard after high school. After six years of service, he moved to Seattle and attended Carpenter Apprentice Program at CITC in Bellevue. In 2002, Nate started his own residential remodeling company and was self-employed until the recession. In 2008, he went back to college and completed a Master’s Degree in History. Nate has over 17 years of experience in residential remodeling and new custom home construction.
